Owner / Chef Mozy Jahanguiri, who has run restaurants in Chicago, Minneapolis, and Dallas, has opened The Rancho Santa Fe Bistro in the space formerly occupied by The Pantry on Paseo Delicias. Mozy has prepared a menu that offers a wide variety of healthy smoothies and juices, along with bistro favorites including grass fed sirloin burgers, a salmon BLT, baked brie with grapes, and more. The restaurant is open for breakfast on weekdays and brunch on the weekends, as well as lunch and dinner. Weekday hours: Lunch from 11am-3pm and dinners from 5pm-9pm. Saturday Brunch from 10am-2:30pm & dinner from 5pm-9pm. Bistro is closed on Sunday, however can be open for private parties by reservation only. Be sure to check out Bistro's beautiful wood wine cellar, housing an extensive collection that spans an impressive 100 years (1897-1997) at a variety of price points.
